Because Rockwell has so many similar catalog numbers, our customers were seeing other search results before the exact match of the catalog number entered.
Rexel is now happy to report that this problem has been resolved. When you type in an exact catalog number, it should be the first search result. Also, Rexel has implemented search term highlight so that the exact catalog number match is shaded in yellow.
