After working with many of you over the past couple of weeks, the resilience shown by our community is truly inspiring. As your trusted supplier, we want to continue doing everything in our power to help provide the necessary supplies and support required to aid your business during our rebuild process.

Rexel is committed to supporting you in every way possible. Our team is here to help you navigate through any difficulties and ensure that your operations remain uninterrupted. Below is the latest information regarding our local branch operations:

Asheville:
- Asheville branch is open with normal operations from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- We have increased stock levels and are receiving those replenishments daily in order to best serve you.
Marion:
- The Marion physical location is closed until further notice.
- Phones are rerouted, we are taking orders, and have reviewed open orders that may have been damaged so we can replenish from other stock.
Hickory:
- Hickory is open for business with standard operations.
Statesville:
- Statesville is open for business with standard operations.

Surge Protectors and Filters meet the needs of industrial surge and filter protection requirements. Our surge protectors and filters protect motor drives, contactors, industrial communication networks and more. They mount to a DIN rail or panel. Increase Network Visibility Easily with Stratix® 4300 Wireless Router

The Stratix® 4300 router now features both Wi-Fi and LTE (cellular) options. In addition to wired Ethernet, these options provide OEMs and customers additional flexibility for connectivity while reducing downtime and improving maintenance. As a dedicated secure platform for the FactoryTalk® Remote Access™ solution, which provides VPN connectivity with industrial networks, the Stratix® 4300 router provides increased visibility across the plant with or without a physical Ethernet connection.

Rockwell Remanufacturing Services

Hard savings with a rock-solid remanufacturing strategy. We find that repairing an item can help, but it is not a robust solution. Rockwell provides a complete remanufacture of their products!

Our process includes:

Remediating the issue
Proactive component replacement
Updating the product to latest specification
Cosmetic restoration
Warranty on the complete unit, not just components replaced
All billable orders receive a comprehensive warranty for 12, 18, or 24 months
Repair reports with all orders to help understand a probable cause for failure
